	Giles Goodhew, the current Landlord, comes from a long line of caterers and publicans. As well as having worked in prestigious establishments, Giles has brewed beer commercially and worked in the Wine Trade for several years. Giles still has a close affiliation with Georges Barbier of London Ltd who is a premium supplier of top quality wines to most of the prestigious restaurants in the land. The wine list at the Wellington is a movable feast but being a humble dining pub mostly features wines in the affordable range.
